STANDARD SHIPPING to all AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS is a flat fee of $7

EXPRESS SHIPPING to all AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS is a flat fee of $10

We also offer shipping with signature on delivery for standard and express post at an additional cost of $2.95.

Click & Collect

We also offer a Click & Collect option within the Melbourne area for orders over $70. There are 2 participating Cafés where you can collect your items from. The locations are as follows:

  • Mocha Vita Caffe Bar, 307 Stephensons Road, Mount Waverley, 3149.
  • Melbourne Namu, Shop c 389 Lonsedale Street, Melbourne, 3000

Click & Collect customers will be contacted to confirm the most convenient day for pick up of items.

ORDERS OVER $100 WILL BE FREE STANDARD SHIPPING! 



We post all orders using Australia Post. All orders placed before 12pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will have same day dispatch and should arrive to you the next day for express, or 2 – 4 days for standard delivery if you are located in the metro areas within Australia. Regional areas may take an extra 2-3 days.

 Please refer to the Delivery Times section on the Australia Post website. 


As soon as we have dispatched your order we will email you with confirmation and a tracking number. Please use this tracking number on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html to follow your items whereabouts. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery times please contact Australia Post and quote the number they provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home or you think your parcel is overdue we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be awaiting collection. We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels. Once we have dispatched an item, it then becomes the responsibility of Australia Post.
