We post all orders using Australia Post. All orders placed before 12pm will have same day dispatch and should arrive to you the next day for express, or 2 – 4 days for standard delivery if you are located in the metro areas within Australia. Regional areas may take an extra 2-3 days.
Australian orders
Standard shipping is a flat fee of $7 and Express shipping is a flat fee of $10.

We also offer a Click & Collect option within the Melbourne area for orders over $70. There are 2 participating Cafés where you can collect your items from. The locations are as follows:

Exchanges & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at by S I E N N A you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item and will be automatically issued with an Online Store CREDIT in the form of a Gift Card.
We do not refund for change of mind. This credit may then be used to re-purchase your preferred item/size.
If you have received a product that is faulty please contact us ASAP at returns@bysienna.com.au.We will happily cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible.
